Rising Within publishes standard rates for adult coaching, workshops, and session packages.
Adult coaching is private pay only. ESA funds cannot be used for adult services.
Standard pricing applies unless Supported pricing is discussed and approved in advance.
A limited number of Supported pricing placements may be available on a case-by-case basis for individuals experiencing financial need. Supported pricing is not automatic, guaranteed, or self-selected. It is discussed privately during the discovery call or onboarding process and depends on current availability.
Every client begins with a conversation so we can determine what kind of support you are looking for, which coach may be the best fit, and whether Rising Within is the right place for that work.
1:1 Coaching Sessions
60-Minute Coaching Session — $100 per session
Sessions may be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or at intervals that fit the rhythm of the work.
Coaching sessions are structured around your goals, current season, focus area, and the work you are trying to move forward.
Longer 90-minute sessions may be available by request and are billed at the published hourly rate.
Session Packages
Committed engagement supports deeper work and offers savings.
Packages are paid up front and used within 12 weeks of purchase unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Package sessions may be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or according to the agreed coaching rhythm.
Unused package sessions may be transferred within the 12-week window or refunded according to the service agreement. Used sessions are charged at the single-session rate, and any eligible balance is refunded.
Honoring Service Discount
Rising Within offers a 25% discount honoring military, veterans, first responders, and medical professionals.
This reduces the standard 60-minute coaching session rate from $100 to $75 per session.
The discount applies to individual 1:1 coaching sessions and workshops. It does not combine with session packages, Supported pricing, or other discounts.
The discount applies only to the individual who serves or has served in one of the qualifying roles. It does not extend to spouses, children, parents, or other family members.
Qualifying documentation includes:
Military: military ID (active or veteran) or DD-214
First responders: current first-responder credential
Medical professionals: current medical license, hospital badge, or similar verification
Documentation is reviewed privately and is not retained beyond what is needed to confirm eligibility.
Workshops
Workshops bring focused, structured personal development work to a group setting.
Workshops may be offered as open-registration events on the Rising Within calendar or custom-booked for organizations, faith communities, veterans' groups, professional teams, women's circles, and other gatherings.
All workshops are single-day events unless otherwise stated.
Open-Registration Group Workshops
Per-person rates apply.
Short Workshop — $50 per person

Half-Day Workshop — $100 per person
3–4 hours
Minimum 5 participants
Maximum 15 participants
Extended Workshop — $150 per person
5–6 hours

If a workshop does not meet minimum enrollment by 7 days before the scheduled date, Rising Within may cancel or reschedule. Registrants are notified by email and refunded in full or transferred to the new date at their preference.
Limited Supported pricing placements may be available for specific events on a case-by-case basis.

Custom-booked workshops begin with a discovery call so the scope, purpose, and pricing can be discussed clearly before booking.
Retreats & Intensives
Multi-day retreats and 1:1 intensives are in development for future seasons.
Availability will be announced when the structure, materials, and program details are ready.
Invoicing & Payments
All invoicing is issued through QuickBooks for clear, professional records.
Individual 1:1 coaching sessions: invoiced at the time of booking. Payment is due before or at the start of the appointment.
Session packages: paid in full at the time of purchase.
Workshops: paid in advance at the time of registration.
Payment options include credit or debit card through QuickBooks, bank transfer (ACH) through QuickBooks, Zelle, or cash.
Pricing Applies to All Coaches
Published rates apply equally to both Rising Within coaches.
Clients choose by specialty, focus area, and fit — not by budget.

Every adult coaching session at Rising Within includes:
A working agenda shaped around what you bring to the session
Structured personal development work, not unstructured conversation
Clear takeaways and next steps you can act on between sessions
Itemized invoicing
Additional documentation available on request
A consistent, prepared coach who knows your work
The rate covers the session, the preparation behind it, and the structured framework that holds the work together.
There are no surprise fees, no documentation charges, and no hidden costs.
What Coaching Is — and What It Isn’t
Adult coaching at Rising Within is structured personal development.
It is not therapy.
It is not licensed counseling.
It is not mental health treatment.
Coaching Is For:
Adults working toward clearer goals
Adults navigating transitions and decisions
Adults rebuilding after a hard season
Adults wanting structured accountability and consistent support
Adults seeking reflection, direction, and growth in a non-clinical setting
Coaching Is Not For:
Active mental health crises requiring clinical care
Diagnosis or treatment of mental illness
Couples or family therapy
Substance abuse treatment requiring clinical intervention
Replacing the care of a licensed therapist, counselor, psychiatrist, or medical provider
If you are working through clinical concerns or are in active crisis, the right care is a licensed therapist, counselor, crisis professional, or emergency support service.
When appropriate, Rising Within may point you toward outside providers or resources, but coaching is not a substitute for clinical care.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
The same policies that apply across Rising Within services apply to adult coaching:
More than 48 hours' notice: full reschedule at no charge
Between 24 and 48 hours' notice: 50% session charge applies
Less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows: full session charge
Workshop, retreat, and intensive payments: paid in advance and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
Genuine emergencies are handled with care when they occur.
Full terms are provided during onboarding.
For session packages, cancellation policies apply per session. The package itself is not refundable at the full purchase price once sessions have begun, but eligible unused sessions may be refunded according to the service agreement.

Supported pricing is handled privately and is not automatically available. It must be discussed and approved before services begin. Any approved arrangement will be confirmed in writing during onboarding or before the first session.
