What to Expect
Messages are typically answered within two business days during the regular work week, Monday through Friday.
Messages received on Saturday or Sunday usually receive a reply the following Monday.
If something is genuinely urgent, please mention that in your message so it can be prioritized when possible.
After a discovery call, you can expect a follow-up email within a day or two summarizing what was discussed and outlining next steps if moving forward makes sense.
