Rising Within administration may access operational records such as scheduling, billing, account status, and service documentation for business purposes.

Session content is not shared between coaches without your consent, except when required by law or safety concerns.

Each contractor is required to follow confidentiality and data-handling expectations consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Your business agreement remains with Rising Within LLC.

Service Providers

Rising Within may use third-party platforms and service providers to operate the website and deliver services.

Arizona Department of Education and ClassWallet

For ESA-funded tutoring services, invoices and required documentation may be submitted to the Arizona Department of Education through ClassWallet for review and approval.

ESA-related records may include student name, grade level, tutoring subject, dates of service, invoice details, and related documentation.

ADE and ClassWallet retain and process ESA records according to their own rules, procedures, and legal requirements.

Legal Requirements and Safety

Rising Within may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, legal process, or when necessary to protect the safety of a student, client, staff member, contractor, or another person.

With Your Consent

Rising Within may share information for other purposes only with your explicit consent.

This includes use of photos, videos, testimonials, names, identifying information, or client/student stories.

Rising Within provides services to minor students under the supervision and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

• Student names, grade levels, tutoring subjects, dates of service, and itemized fees may appear on ESA-compliant invoices

• Invoices are provided to ESA Account Holders for ClassWallet submission

• ESA documentation may be reviewed by ADE through that process

Rising Within does not share student information outside required ESA workflows without parent or guardian consent, except as required by law.

For private-pay services involving minors, student information is used only as needed to provide services and is not shared without parent or guardian consent unless required by law.
